The high quality doypack bag is made of unbleached kraft paper, the middle layer of foil and the inner layer of transparent CPP paper. The bag is equipped with a zip fastener and a valve to discharge the freshly roasted coffee.

The Doypack bag with ZIP closure and aroma valve is a reliable and safe packaging for freshly roasted coffee. In combination with aluminium foil, it offers excellent barrier properties against moisture and oxygen. The aroma valve ensures the safe release of freshly roasted coffee gases. This valve prevents the bag from being inflated or cracked (freshly roasted coffee produces up to 6 litres of gas per 1 kg of coffee).

Thanks to the reclosable ZIP, it helps to keep the product fresh. If you weld the bag over this closure, the end user will certainly appreciate the detachable notches for easy tightening and opening of the bag.

The bag meets the legal requirements for food contact according to EU regulations.
