Recommended Use

Taken prior to workouts, Total War can enhance motor performance, promote endurance and help to temporarily relieve fatigue when used occasionally.

Directions Of Use

Mix 1 serving (half scoop or 14.6 g) in 150 ml to 180 ml of ice-cold water 20-30 minutes before your workout twice daily.

Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

If you are breastfeeding, consult a healthcare practitioner before using this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. If you have an iron deficiency, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you are taking any other medications or natural health products, consult a health care practitioner prior to use, as black pepper/piperine may alter their effectiveness. If you have a mood/affective or psychiatric disorder, or taking antidepressant or opioid analgesic medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If you have diabetes or a cardiovascular disease, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. This product provides 400 mg of sodium per day.

Contra Indications

Do not use if you are pregnant. Do not use if you have a kidney disorder.

Known Adverse Reactions

May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally). Gastroinstentinal discomfort (ie. diarrhea and nausea) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
