Trail Armor Full Skids with Slider Nerfs | 2015-17 Can-Am Maverick X Model

Trail Armor offers the ultimate under-vehicle protection with its full skid plate set for various models of the Can-Am Maverick. These skids are made from a custom blend of ultra-high molecular weight polymer, providing strength while being lighter than traditional metal or aluminum skid plates. Their impact-absorbing properties prevent dents, galling, and corrosion. Trail Armor pioneered the design of skids with formed leading edges, protecting frame edges and wheel wells from impacts and reducing resistance compared to metal skid plates. The skids also feature extended side panels that serve as slider nerfs, safeguarding the vehicle's sides and rocker panels. Trail Armor's skid set offers superior coverage compared to other manufacturers, with slider nerfs included and full coverage up to the rocker panel. The skid plates are easy to install, covering the entire vehicle including the front and rear differential. They have access holes for maintenance points and oil drains, allowing for easy cleaning without removing the skids. Individual panels can be removed for specific access if needed. Recessed mounting holes protect fasteners, and corrosion-resistant hardware is included.
