Remove packaging and heat the wheat bag with a cup of water in the microwave for approximately 2.5min (making sure the microwave plate is clean and dry.) Once heated, add a couple drops of the oil to your mini muslin wheat bag and insert into the main pocket. Add a couple of drops of the oil to the wheat bag each week or as needed. Dilution rate of aromatherapy oil is not suited for skin application, apply to wheat bag only. Do not wash in washing machine; sponge clean with warm water and mild detergent if required.
