The Single Line System is engineered for efficient fleet washing. 

It features our High Foam Injector and Foam Lance, which produce a dense, shaving cream-like snow foam. The foam lance connects to the trigger via a Kew quick-release coupling, enabling seamless switching between the high-pressure lance and foam lance.

The Maxflow Hotwash range is designed to be the most robust Hotwash on the market.

With decades of experience gone into the design, Maxflow have developed several quality-of-life improvements. Enhancing the user experience, where other manufacturers haven’t – simple electronics, easy access service components such as thermostat/fuel filters, a twin capacitor motor for easy start-up, heavy duty chassis and a 304-grade stainless steel cover.

The Maxflow Hotwash range has been designed using only quality components. This range is built with a Ravel motor, Comet Brass head ceramic piston pump & a Mazzoni Burner with steam function.

Machine Options:

1. H22 Single Phase 11Lpm/120Bar - The H22 is also one of the most powerful 13amp single phase hotwash on the Irish Market. Noticeably more powerful than other market leading brands. 
2. H30 16Amp Single Phase 12Lpm/150Bar - The Maxflow H30 is also one of the most powerful single phase hotwash on the Irish Market as it works off a 16amp blue plug. Noticeably more powerful than other market leading brands. With pressure of 2200Psi and 12Ltr per minute flow this machine is supplying you with the same power as most petrol washers.
3. H55 Three Phase 15Lpm/200Bar - The Maxflow H55 is a hugely popular machine where three phase power is available. It produces 15Lpm at 200Bar (3000Psi).

• High foam injector - The high foam injector is our most popular foaming injector. These injectors will produce a thick shaving foam like layer of detergent across your vehicle. They are also fitted with a metering valve allowing you to set a certain dilution rate for your chemical. This is the best option for cleaning heavy dirt form lorries, plant & agricultural equipment.
