From the moment my helicopter ascended over the South Coast of Iceland, I knew I was about to witness something extraordinary. The perspective from above transforms the powerful glacial rivers of Iceland into abstract forms. Their swirling patterns and varying shades of blue evoke the fluidity and dynamism of water in motion, yet with a distinct character unique to these glacial waters.
