Registered homeopathic medicinal product, therefore without indication of a therapeutic application. If symptoms persist during use, medical advice should be sought.

Contraindications

Must not be used if you are allergic to milk thistle (Silybum marianum), common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), other plants of the Asteraceae family, quinine, Lycopodium clavatum (club moss spores), or any of the other ingredients of this medicinal product.

Due to the ingredients Chelidonium majus and Veratrum album, this medicinal product must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Precautions for use

There is insufficient documented experience for use in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age.

This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is essentially “sodium-free”.

Interactions

The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, use requires индивидуal dosing by a therapist experienced in homeopathy. As part of self-medication, only 1–2 ml should be injected parenterally once by intravenous (i.v.), intramuscular (i.m.), or subcutaneous (s.c.) route.

For continuation of treatment, consultation with a therapist experienced in homeopathy is recommended.

Duration of use

As with all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Side effects

Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them. In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions such as skin allergies or fever may occur after use of quinine-containing medicinal products. In such cases, a doctor should be consulted.

Note: Sensitisation to quinine or quinidine is possible. When using homeopathic medicinal products, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Instructions for opening the ampoule

Coloured dot facing upwards. Allow solution in the ampoule tip to flow downwards by tapping or shaking. With the coloured dot facing upwards, pull the ampoule tip backwards to break it off. Open the ampoule carefully and follow the instructions.

The active ingredients 1 to 22 are jointly potentized over the last 2 steps with water for injections.

Other ingredients: water for injections, sodium chloride.

Pharmaceutical form and pack size

Liquid dilution for injection. Packs of 10 ampoules of 2.2 ml. Clinic packs of 50 and 100 ampoules of 2.2 ml may also be available.

Storage

Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the container and outer packaging. No special storage conditions are required.
