• Any construction. Available in monoblock, 2-piece, 3-piece, duoblock, drag beadlock, armored, beadlock off-road, as well as dually truck and UTV/ATV applications. Optional features include aero-disc, racing-spec knurled bead seats, weight-saving pocket cut-outs, concave profiles, and aerodynamic carbon fiber covers.
• Any size. Offered in diameters from 15" to 30", with fully customizable width, offset, center bore, concavity, bolt pattern (PCD) and centerlock. Configurable for staggered or square setups, with fitments ranging from OEM-spec to flush, mild, or aggressive.
• Extensive range of premium finishes. Available in brushed, polished, satin or gloss clear, dual-tone, precision-machined or milled accents, as well as advanced chrome options (including gold and black chrome) and electroplated chrome. Each finish undergoes a multi-stage surface preparation process, followed by clear-coat or tinted-clear applications to ensure depth, durability, and long-term corrosion resistance.
  
• 3D wheel renders are provided according to the exact dimensions and specifications requested by the client, ensuring proper fitment for their vehicle prior to production approval.
• 6061-T6 aerospace-grade forged aluminum, engineered for exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and long-term durability. Forged blanks billets are produced using high-pressure forging (up to 12000 tons), a process that refines the grain structure and minimizes porosity for maximum integrity.
• Magnesium material option: wheels can also be manufactured in forged magnesium — an ultra-lightweight motorsport material prized for reducing unsprung mass and improving performance for racing purposes.
• Strict Quality Control: dimensional inspection; radial/lateral runout and roundness; balance verification; finish inspection. Precision CNC machines, which are calibrated frequently to guarantee absolute accuracy and consistency.
• Compatibility. Engineered for seamless integration with OEM brake systems and big-brake kits, with clearances precisely calculated for each application. Vehicle-specific design includes hub-centric bores, optimized back-pad geometry, and axle-specific concavity where required. Custom load ratings are determined based on your vehicle and intended use (daily, off-road, track, armored, etc.). Fully compatible with OE TPMS and factory lug hardware, available by request for straightforward installation.
• Built to internationally recognized standards. Leading JWL/VIA compliance; our processes and testing align with these benchmarks for structural integrity and safety.
• Vintage & classic applications. We also manufacture wheels for vintage, hot rod, Indy, and classic cars, including authentic wire wheels and traditional magnesium-style “mag wheels.” Options include period-correct “dog dish” hubcaps, “knock-off” center caps, deep-lip profiles, and custom finishes — designed to capture the heritage look while meeting modern engineering and quality standards.
