NADAL® CRP Quant Test

The NADAL® CRP Quant Test is suited for quantitative determination of the Capsel Reactive Protein with the Colibri® Reader. Because of the minimal blood sample required and the short testing time, this test is great for general practices.

The CRP test is used to differentiate between viral and bacterial infections. When a viral infection is present, the CRP value only slightly increases, whereas bacterial inflammation causes the value to increase dramatically. For example, increases between 10-40 mg/l indicate a light to average bacterial infection, while increases over 100 mg/l could indicate a potential sepsis. Using the NADAL® CRP Quant Test, you can quickly and effortlessly determine the c-reactive protein level without a laboratory.
