Care Instructions

The Ficus Lyrata is a real sun worshipper. They love a place in front of the window, the more (sun) light the better. Furthermore, when watering, it is better not to give too much water at the same time. It is best to keep the soil slightly moist. It's okay if the soil dries out a bit. The violet plant also likes high humidity, so it is recommended to spray the plant now and then. Choose a place out of the reach of children and pets because the leaves are slightly poisonous and cause bumps on the skin when ingested. Ultimately, the Ficus Lyrata can grow to more than 3 meters indoors! 

Note: the leaves of the violet plant may contain brown spots. This is a normal phenomenon, because the plants contain a sap that turns brown when it comes into contact with the air. So nothing to worry about!
