The Brut Rosé Reserve is made with 59% Zweigelt, 28% Pinot Noir and 13% St Laurent. 20% reserve vintages and 80% from the 2018 vintage. The majority of the grapes were hand picked into small, 20kg crates between the 14th - 25th August 2018. After whole bunch pressing, the first fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless-steel tanks at 18°C - 22°C. The base wine remained in stainless-steel tanks on its full lees for four months, followed by racking and a further four months on fine lees. The wine went through malolactic fermentation to temper the racy acidity. It was bottled in June 2019, and the second fermentation began. The wine spent 24 months ageing on lees before disgorgement in June 2021.

The Brut Rosé Reserve has a fresh red fruit core, with floral notes and delicate puff pastry aromas. Following the extensive lees ageing, the palate is fine, mouth-filling and structured, with wonderfully soft acidity, discreet notes of strawberry, redcurrant and apple, and complex flavours of pastry and nougat on the finish.
