Full day Introduction to Bread-making: this class teaches how to make many different kinds of bread: covering basic principles, different kinds of dough, inclusions, kneading, shaping and proving - through to baking and taking home a huge bag of bread to wow their family and friends. Refreshments and a delicious lunch all included, running 10am to 3pm.

Half day workshop: I offer a range of these to choose from, eg Italian breads, sweet buns & biscuits, or how to make the perfect pastel de nata. Refreshments included, classes usually run 10am to 1.30pm.

All your voucher recipient needs to bring is an apron and a large bag to take home the spoils!
