Water droplets landing on the lens surface quickly slide off without leaving traces, ensuring the lens remains consistently clean and transparent, reducing fog formation, and delivering high-contrast, ultra-clear imaging.

Characteristics

• Oleophobic and Hydrophobic: The surface treatment technology of LotuTec® coating prevents oil from penetrating the lens, and water droplets behave like dew on a lotus leaf, sliding off to keep the lens clean.
• Easy Maintenance: Due to its remarkably smooth surface, cleaning is simple, fast, and protective. It effectively repels dust and oil, making the lenses easy to keep spotless.
• High Light Transmission: The multi-layer anti-reflective film design allows 99% of natural light to pass through the lens, providing high contrast and ultra-clear imaging performance.
• Anti-static: Features anti-static properties, which reduce the static attraction of dust and microscopic particles, thereby extending the overall lifespan of the lens.

Pros and Cons

• Pros: Excellent oleophobic and hydrophobic properties, easy to clean, high light transmission, and anti-static.
• Cons: Relatively poor wear resistance, with a Bayer number of only 6. It is more suitable for users who handle their glasses with extreme care.
