Delivery & Import Information

AMCargobikes electric bikes are manufactured in Denmark and shipped to the UK. Import taxes are covered by Chilled Rides so there is no additional cost to you. Delivery of items over £500 is free to mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Scotland. Delivery to these addresses is not calculated at checkout so please contact us for a custom quote if you live in one of these areas.

Assembly - IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Bikes are delivered only partly assembled. Assembly completion does not require any special tools, just a wrench, hex wrench and screwdriver. However, we highly recommend taking the fully built "Ready to Ride Delivery" option, as some of our customers have advised they have found it difficult and time-consuming to complete the assembly.

This will add a week or so to the delivery lead time, but will give you the reassurance that the bike has been fully built by professionals.
