The Irishman is the Walsh family's original whiskey. In keeping with Bernard and Rosemary's desire to play a significant part in the revival of Irish whiskey, The Irishman represents the rebirth of the 19th Century tradition of family owned provincial whiskey distilling that thrived during the last golden age of Irish Whiskey at the end of the 1800s.

At our distillery in Royal Oak, Bernard Walsh and his family are creating whiskey with a hands-on, hand-crafted approach.
