Black Kani saree in silk fabric is accentuated with Kani weaving over the body in traditional jamawar motifs. Border and pallu  are accentuated with figure patterns in resham and zari threads depicting a Darbar/court scene of a Mughal empire . Saree is accompanied with Kani Jamawar blouse piece in contrasting colour.

The design inspiration for this Pashmina Silk saree is drawn from the Mughal paintings and heritage weaves of ancient Pashmina shawls from our history that date back to the Mughal era. 

Kani is an ancient art form of Kashmir that is known to exist since 3000 BC and has been passed down across several generations. We cherish and celebrate this traditional craft through our luxe silk sarees each handpicked to showcase the meticulous interplay of fine threads and luxurious motifs.
