Ingredients:  Inulin, Bacopa monnieri herb extract DER 4:1, Rhodiola Rosea root extract DER 10:1 standardized to 3% rosavins and 1% salidroside, Cordyceps sinensis mycelium extract DER 12:1, Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) KSM-66 Ashwagandha® standardized to 5% withanolides, L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. 

Directions:  Take 1 capsule with water. Use once daily. 

Do not use in children, pregnant or lactating women. This product should not be consumed by those taking sedatives, hypnotics, or antiepileptic medications. Remember that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are very important and recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use for longer than 4 weeks.
