This lil gem has been in my family for a long time and is actually an original Harvest House Craftsmen piece (company started by my grandpa and now owned by my stepdad) and was painted with crackle paint back in the day, when it was so trendy. 

It was really hard to remove the crackle paint and so I decided to sand down as much as possible and give it a fresh coat of paint. I used Bayberry by Fusion Mineral Paint, replaced the knob with a solid brass piece and repainted the hardware in a matte black. I left the interior as original stain and love how it all came together.
