Bene Vobis® GlyNAC  is a high-quality dietary supplement in capsules intended for people who want to supplement their diet with the components of reduced glutathione (GSH) produced in the liver from glutamic acid,  glycine  and  cysteine . The only way to produce it is to provide the body with building materials (precursors) in the form of ingredients needed for its own production.

The equivalent of cysteine ​​is the closely related compound N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine, which has the same mode of action. Glutathione is the strongest endogenous tissue antioxidant found in the body, constituting an important pillar of our immune system. 

Glutathione (GSH) is a naturally occurring endogenous substance that consists of three amino acids: glutamic acid, cysteine ​​and glycine. Although glutathione is found in every cell of the body, its highest concentration is found in the liver and in red and white blood cells.

NAC  is a well-tolerated, highly stable and BIOavailable (well-absorbed) form of the amino acid L-cysteine. Amino acids are compounds used by the body for many functions, including: creating body proteins. Proteins are needed by the human body to repair, maintain and grow tissue in which they play structural roles. NAC is more stable and has much lower toxicity than pure L-cysteine, making it safer and more effective at increasing cysteine ​​levels in the body.

Glycine  is a proteogenic amino acid that is an important building and structural element of almost all proteins (particularly common in collagen, approximately 35%). Collagen is a protein responsible for the stability and elasticity of bones, skin, cartilage and other tissues. Structural protein consists mainly of three amino acids: hydroxyproline, proline and glycine, and occurs in our body in as many as 28 different variants.

NAC  is produced by a special fermentation process of vegetable plants.
