Ingredients:  chromium-containing Yarrowia lipolytica postbiotic yeast biomass (PostBione®-Cr), selenium-containing Yarrowia lipolytica postbiotic yeast biomass (PostBione®-Se), Korean ginseng extract (Panax ginseng Meyer), capsule (pullulan), ginkgo extract Japanese (Ginkgo biloba L.), zinc citrate, folic acid (Quatrefolic® - glucosamine salt of 5-MTHF acid).

How to use 2 capsules a day, after a meal. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
