This whip has a heavy silver coloured cap.
It is engraved "T.Ingles".
The rigid shaft is made of leather discs threaded onto a steel core.
The discs vary in colour from tan to dark brow and years of care have given the whip an attractive finish.
It has an open keeper or leather loop at its end - this is bound on with spirally wrapped leather.
There are decorative brass tacks around the base of this binding..
