** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Board in the size, shape, and color you choose.  You will also receive an indoor stand if you choose to add one. 

** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrop, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stand and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.

** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire backdrop. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.

** COLOR & SHAPE - You will be able to select a shape and color from the charts provided. Please choose a shape and color from the options shown in the charts.  If you select a shape that is not on the chart, it will default to Shape 2.  If you select a color that is not on the chart, it will default to White.

** SHIPPING - Please note backdrops over 2ft tall will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For processing time please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website. 

** RETURNS - Our custom backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
