Reliquaries boxes have been used for centuries to store and display holy relics of saints, and may be used in solemn processions or other liturgical ceremonies. This engraved reliquary box comes in two varieties: nickel silver or brass.  Both varieties are lined inside with red cloth and feature a decorative cross on top.
