"BOUQUET" -Photograph of crystalline resveratrol found in wine"Bouquet" has a subtle floral pattern accented with rich blue accents. These crystals were grown by evaporation on a microscope slide in the presence of Chateau Ste. Michelle (WA) Boreal Red Wine, then photographed through a microscope. The crystal facets create the colors naturally through the refraction of light as it passes through the prism like array.
