INGREDIENTS:

Powdered shark cartilage, cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids (of plant origin) - anti-caking agent, stearic acid, silica and gelatin as a shell component.

USE: consume with a meal or shortly after it in an amount of 1 to 3 capsules 1 or 2 times a day (no more than 6 capsules a day)

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.

The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
