Sauvignon Blanc Riserva Renaissance is a remarkable wine that exemplifies the excellence and passion of the winery. Sourced from hand-selected grapes grown in the cool, high-altitude vineyards of Preasilus at around 600 meters above sea level, this Sauvignon Blanc is a true expression of its terroir. The unique climate, with significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, allows the grapes to develop intense aromatic profiles, creating a wine with exceptional complexity. 

Hand-harvested at the end of August to ensure perfect ripeness while maintaining natural acidity, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel to preserve their purity and aromatic intensity. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12-14 months in a mix of stainless steel and large oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity while preserving the fresh, fruity character. The result is a pale straw yellow wine that captivates with its aromatic complexity, offering intense citrus scents like grapefruit and lime, layered with tropical notes of passion fruit and mango, and a hint of herbaceous nuances such as sage and green pepper. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, balanced by vibrant acidity that enhances its natural ripeness. The finish is long, fresh, and mineral, with lingering impressions of citrus zest and a touch of saltiness, reflecting the land from which it originates.
