About Glen Spey

Glen Spey is a lesser-known distillery located in Rothes, Speyside, established in 1878. Originally built as an oatmeal mill, it transitioned into whisky production and has since focused primarily on creating light, delicate single malt whiskies. Much of Glen Spey's output is used in blends, particularly for J&B, but its single malts are appreciated for their subtle fruity and nutty notes, with a gentle hint of smoke.
