*** Refunds/Exchanges
I do not provide Refunds/exchanges
Being all of our products are customized and Personalized we will only provide refunds for defective or damaged items. We will refund the total amount of your order minus $5 per proof already completed at time of the cancellation request. You must provide photos of the the damaged items as well as the shipping box within 2 days of receiving the order. We need photos of the shipping box with the damage shown to file a claim with the shipper! We CANNOT issue a refund for damaged goods until we have the photos of the damaged shipping container! If we file a claim with the shipper for damaged goods and that claim is denied due to not enough evidence that the damage occurred during shipping we WILL NOT refund any shipping charges on the order.
