Unlike most mascara brushes that leave the first third of your lash roots bare, the ground-breaking skinny wand starts coating lashes from the root for a beautiful lengthening effect. It lays down black pigment between each and every lash for instant tight line eyeliner definition and the look of a fuller lash line. The water-resistant formula contains Panthenol (Vitamin B5) which helps strengthen the lashes.
