The Panasonic LX-101-P Color Mark Sensor delivers reliable mark and color detection with a sensing range of 10 ± 3 mm. It operates with a 12 to 24 V DC power supply, offering low power consumption—750 mW in normal mode and 600 mW in ECO mode. The sensor is equipped with PNP open-collector transistor outputs for consistent performance, and it features short-circuit protection for enhanced durability.
The Mark mode (Light-ON / Dark-ON) and Color mode (Consistent-ON / Inconsistent-ON) can be easily set via non-contact teaching input, ensuring high flexibility. It offers a response time of 45 microseconds in mark detection and 150 microseconds in color detection, making it ideal for fast-paced industrial tasks.
With IP67 protection, this sensor is suitable for environments exposed to dust and water. It also includes fine sensitivity adjustment and a timer function with variable ON/OFF delays. This makes the sensor perfect for automated production lines, quality control, and packaging applications, where high precision is required.
