Shirtwaist dress in cotton and floral embroidered voile. Turn-down collar on front fastened with mother-of-pearl buttons under a neck to hem fly placket. Front has a triangular bib insert trimmed with braid over a full body in voile with volume created by panels at the side.

Drop shoulders have long sleeves with poplin cuffs. Reverse has yoke in poplin. Volume is controlled with a poplin tie-belt. Hem finishes in wide band of gathered-on poplin looped back onto itself to create a rounded edge that drapes longer at the back.
