Very formal church or statement hat. A flat white straw base that cups the head with opalescent sequinned braid, feathers, fan netting trimmed in sequins with a few clear rhinestones flaring up on the front right side. There is some decorative braid running the exterior with the clear rhinestones on the left side.

The interior is finished with a cream petersham ribbon.
