Vintage 1940’s beautiful colour block dress in Brown and Fawn. Good strong sharp collar. Covered button down front. Short sleeves with contrast cuffs. Beautiful drape being silk cotton. Very cleverly made with the brown and fawn combination throughout. Lots of fabric to the skirt and shirring to the centre back waistline.  Belt loops, so can be worn with contrasted belt to cinch in for that all important silhouette. 
Slight dolman sleeve.   “College girl” New York label. 

A fabulous dress , so versatile dress up or down. Wear for many an occasion. A lovely treat for oneself.
