While blue corn may seem an unusual ingredient to find in a body scrub, it’s an important ingredient in the Southwest that was originally planted by the Hopi tribe and has grown in New Mexico for centuries. Blue corn is known to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and gently sloughs off dry skin. This scrub also provides an aromatherapeutic experience with calming organic, farm-grown lavender and uplifting, energizing peppermint essential oils.

Expert tip: In the shower, gently shake the jar to mix. Then, massage a quarter-size amount onto wet skin in a circular motion for about thirty seconds and rinse with warm water. For a lighter exfoliation, add a pump of Lavender Peppermint Body Wash to the scrub in your hands before use. For extra hydration after bathing, mix a small amount of Lavender Salve with the Lavender Peppermint Lotion and apply while the skin is still damp.
