HiFishGear is proud to introduce our Big Bubble Rod (The BBR) to the Hawaii Fishing Market.  We designed this rod by analyzing the specs of some of the best selling whipping rods in the state of Hawaii over the last decade.  It has a strong Steelhead style backbone for casting 1 to 2oz while having the some of that old school flex in the tip.  We decided to make it a 3pc "Go Rod" that is tested to easily fit in the back seat of any Truck/SUV or the trunk of any sedan.  It's always great to have a rod on hand when the opportunity to fish arrises.   

Big Bubble refers to the Double X Tackle Large Tough Bublle which weighs 1.9oz when filled with water.  It's been consistently the best selling product on our website for years and is in nearly every tackle box or bag in Hawaii.  While designed around the weight of the Big Bubble, we're sure that Lure and Line ratings will suit the needs of most shorline anglers whether they're whipping for Papio, Moi or hunting Menpachi or Aweoweo at night.
