60s Black Party Dress Maribou w/ Feather Skirt

Heavenly party dress that slip on overhead, with a boat collar and no sleeves. It has a silhouette cut straight down the body, no waist seam, and the last third of the skirt is covered in black, maribou feathers - perfect for swaying to the beat when you're dancing. 
Back has a plunging V neckline, revealing the upper back. There is a little bow in matching black fabric that is at the bottom of the V, plus a hidden zipper down the center of the back for closure. Unlined. No tags.
