Rarely do we come across the brand of pattern "Jewel". This mail-order pattern is from the 1920s. It's for a girls dress with an attached collar, short puff sleeves and a circular skirt, plus a jacket to match with it.

The dress is closed at centre front of waist under an applied band. Attached collar and short puff sleeves are provided. Four piece circular skirt (the front in panel style, side front extending to form yoke-effect at centre front), attached to waist above removable belt. Jacket has open front and set-in sleeves. Fronts of jacket are underfaced and rolled with attached collar. Width at lower edge of skirt, size 8 years 1 1/3 yards.
