Gorgeous black silk chiffon cocktail dress. Circa 1950s.

Black chiffon sleeveless bodice features diagonal bust darts and vertical back darts.

It is lined with nude satin acetate and embellished with hand sewn iridescent black square sequins in the shape of flames as pictured.

Nipped waist and slim wiggle skirt which is lightly gathered at the front. Black chiffon fly a panels are attached at the back waist as pictured.

The skirt is lined with black satin acetate.

Does up the center back with a long metal zipper.

DESIGNER LABEL: No labels

CONDITION: Very Good - No stains, odors, discoloration, fading, rips, snags, tears, or other issues. The only thing is one small pinhole in the front bodice near the center front by the sequined area.

SIZING: There are no size tags. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Extra Small to Small.

Bust: 36" (made to be slightly loose fitting)
