Condition

Fair to good, with an overall handmade quality to it (appears to have been altered from a dress).  There is some light color bleed throughout, most notably at the waist.  There is a tiny hole in the waistband.  The hem is not even, though it appears to be intentionally longer where it is gathered.  Lastly the zipper has a tiny gap at the top (you could move the hook and eye and button to make the skirt slightly smaller).  Presents well and price adjusted accordingly.
