Late 70s or early 80s sailor style blouse by Lady O, a division of Orweco Frocks. Fabric is an easy care polyester crepe in black and off white. Blouse has a wide squarish neckline with a V shaped bib collar hanging down the front. There are off white self covered buttons on the collar at the shoulder. Loose fitting (no darts) pull over shirt has wide puff sleeves that gather at the shoulder and cuff. The cuffs consist of stripes of black and off white with self covered buttons of the opposite color on each stripe, really sweet! The sleeve is full length, not 3/4, my larger mannequin has very long arms, see sleeve measurements below. Will fit a range of sizes from Large to 2X, but is also cute worn over-sized on Smalls and Mediums, see last photo. Victorian/Edwardian style blouse looks fab with high waist trousers!
