FABRIC & CARE

FABRIC CONTENTS: 100% Tencel

This ingenious Tencel fabric is a wonderful composition of Eco-friendly fibers that provides durable wear and minimal care practicality. Tencel lends weight to create long lines and an elegant drape. For the environmentally conscious, Tencel comes from a creation process using 100% biodegradable cellulose fiber that is processed using an organic solvent, then spun into a luxurious fiber. This fabrication also creates a soft textured "hand" which makes for an ideal garment in keeping the wearer clothed in non-abrading comfort. Because Tencel is also strong and absorbent, it is easily garment dyed, thus enriching our garments with vibrant colors and vivid hues.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash cold with like colors, and with mild detergent (do not use Woolite, do not use bleach, and do not pour fabric softener directly on garment). Tumble dry low (do not use dryer sheets). Warm, steam iron. Dry Clean OK.

Beautifully soft textured with luxurious draping, we have crafted our woven Burma Pagoda Jacquard Mumbai Vest using a natural fibered, eco-friendly Tencel fabric chosen for its premium weight, durability and minimal care. This signature Tianello body style draws inspiration from iconic vest silhouettes of yesteryear known for their vogue styling, fashion flair, and unparalleled comfort. Attention is drawn to a subtle “floral vine motif” jacquard (which we call “Burma Pagoda”) to help express your own personal sense of style. Our open front Mumbai Vest features an unstructured, cascading shawl collar that flows downward from the shoulders to a hip-length bottom hem. This vest rendition has generous arm openings that\ are reinforced with twin-stitched backside facing for extra durability. Side panels below the arm openings create a flared look to the frame, which also appears fluid with body movement. There are two (almost invisible) side pockets just below the waistline. The loose fitting fit complements the rich draping of the fabric. Subtle stitching throughout enhances the fashion simplicity of the silhouette. Garment dyed richness also adds distinctive character to this versatile top, which pairs well with tank dresses, pants, leggings, or designer jeans, making it a wonderful choice for travel, work or play.
