Description - Flirty mini dress from the late 90s or early 2000s in a navy blue mystical floral vine print. The lavender color in the design is glittery. I found an ad with a dress that looks very similar from 1999. It has an empire waist with a gathered bust. It is fully lined and the top layer of fabric is a see through mesh. It's stretchy and pulls over your head with no openings.
