Vintage 80s Floral Print Dress Drop Waist Long Sleeves Express

Soft and stretchy dress with shoulder pads and long fitted sleeves. It has a high scoop neckline, fitted chest and a drop waist seam. Skirt is full and gently pleated. Unlined, it zips up the back.
