Super soft and flattering maroon 80s does 50s cotton corduroy dress with tiny wales. Features, patch pocket on the breast, two side pockets, collar, bracelet-length sleeves, and a midi length full gathered skirt. Lovely fit that really sinches your waist for that hourglass look. Can button up to the neck for a modest look, or leave open wide to expose the collarbone and chest. Some sources suggest that the word “corduroy” comes from the French corde du roi (cord of the king) and that courtiers and nobility in France commonly wore this fabric.
