This is a two piece purple and black metallic flower print strapless gown with matching velvet evening jacket by Jan Vanvelden, from the 1980's. The gown is long with a drop waist, full skirt, side slit pockets, and a zipper up the back. The evening jacket can be worn open or closed, with three buttons in the front. Both the gown and the evening jacket are silk lined.
