Does this header come coated or bare?

It ships in raw stainless steel. The material naturally resists heat discoloration and rust. If you want a polished or ceramic finish, that's a separate step after install.

What hardware do I need to install this?

Standard hand tools and gasket sealer. You'll use factory studs and bolts at the head — bring new gaskets and high-temp silicone. Torque specs are in your service manual.
