Measurements were taken with the front edges touching so it will fit a slightly larger size if worn open. Measures 16” across the shoulders, 38” through the bust, 36” at the waist, and length is 26”. Bracelet length sleeves are 22. 5” long from shoulder seam to cuff. Loose fit with no fastenings; has narrow lapel and two pockets low in front. Fabric is lightweight and soft cotton or cotton blend, unlined. Label reads ”rrrrruss”. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are cobalt blue with muted blue, red, purple and orange print.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
