1970's vintage tunic blouse. Bateau neckline, sleeveless with an elastic waist and unattached cord belt. Each side has an open below the waist pleat. Fabric is an easy care polyester. White background, black trim with a huge center floral pattern. There is a fringed unattached belt. The fringe shows some wear.

As for the condition, there is some spotting. On one side near the border is a small streak of soiling, on the opposite side also near the border is a few spots. It has been freshly cleaned and the spots remained. I have photographed these areas closely for your inspection.
