Measures 28” at the waist, full through the hips and length is 34”. Fabric is cotton poly blend in a soft brushed finish, unlined.

Has nylon zipper, snaps on waistband, pleats, full shape. No label. Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True colors are neon pink background with black, orange, bright blue and burgundy print. Has nylon side zipper and pleats below waistband.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
