A daily dose of 20 ml provides the body with a set of B vitamins, i.e. vitamin B6, B12, niacin (vit. B3), biotin (vit. B7), B2 and B1.

Vitamins B6, B12, niacin (vit. B3), B2 and B1 contribute to maintaining proper energy metabolism and proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B6, B12, niacin (vit. B3) and B2 contribute to reducing the feeling of fatigue and weariness.

Shake before use. It is best to use the included dispenser and mix it with a small amount of lukewarm water or fruit juice.
